I have emerged webmin and is not working, both my Apache and PHP works fine, but I can't seem to access webmin, it just hang there.
can someone tell me what do I do now?

You have such easy questions... =)

Webmin (by default) runs on port 10000 and doesn't use apache.

http://my.server.com:10000

Yes I did "/etc/init.d/webmin start" and "restart" and everything..
is there some sort of weird emerge command I have to do to get it to work like mod_php where you have to USE="-java -qt" emerge mod_php.
something like that for webmin too, coz it just won't bloody work.. omfg!! help,, I need it. is the only sain way for me to control my server from anywhere across my LAN setup.

Did you browse to http://localhost:10000 to see if it's running?
