I get a fan error on my IBM laptop when I start it. The only way I can get the laptop to start is to keep rebooting it. The laptop has hit the ground a few times I don't know if this is the problem.
what could be the problem _________________ Thanks |

the fan could be damaged, dislodged, worn-out or full of dust.
Open it up and inspect it, or better yet send it to a qualified repairman. Should be covered by the warranty (I have the same laptop )
