In fact, tt is one of the few gtk1 apps that can.
You need to configure it a bit. Open the properties dialog and go to the fonts tab. There should be a check box (or two, dont remember) that you need to mark to be able to use multibyte characters, check it/them and then choose a suitable font for that purpose (not all fonts do support the thing). One that I like is terminus. Make sure that you take the unicode encoding -iso10646- for the font). |
