Hi,
Has anybody successfully connected a T290i mobile to his computer using linux?
I have a Prolific PL2303 USB to serial adaptor which is supported by my kernel :
dmesg:
Code: |
drivers/usb/serial/usb-serial.c: USB Serial support registered for PL-2303
pl2303 1-3.2:1.0: PL-2303 converter detected
usb 1-3.2: PL-2303 converter now attached to ttyUSB0
usbcore: registered new driver pl2303
drivers/usb/serial/pl2303.c: Prolific PL2303 USB to serial adaptor driver v0.12 |
I don't have /dev/ttyUSB0 as the above text suggests, but i do have a /dev/tts/USB0 device.
But when i try to connect to my gsm i get te following errormessage :
Code: | PL-2303 ttyUSB0: pl2303_open - failed submitting interrupt urb, error -28 |
So, if anybody successfully connected his/her gsm, could you tell me what software you use + config files.
Also, is there anything i have to do with the gsm itself to establish this connection? |
