Does anyone know how to generate a intermediate certificate from CA? Currently I can not find clear documentation of the process. I need to generate this for a test environment. If you know the commands please let me know.

Does anyone know the commands to generate a Mid_CA_key.pem and MID_CA_CERT.pem from a ROOT_CA_cert.pem and ROOT_CA_KEY.pem?
