|
|
I've had my Gentoo box up for a couple of months and I've installed lots of pakages and started lots of services using their /etc/init.s/ scripts.
I need to shut down my machine to re-route some wires.
Is there a way I find out what services I have running so I can use rc-update to set them to start next time I reboot. |

if you want to find out what services are currently running in the system, you can try to use "top". i don't know if this answer is what you are looking for. hope it works for you. |

I know how to use top.
I found a solution:
ls /mnt/.init.d/started |
