http://support.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/srmk2/
Dual Pentium III 900Mhz processors, 3x256MB ECC RAM, Intel SCSI RAID SRCU31K controller (it has 2 SCSI 10 000 rmp disks in RAID0)
Question is: did some one tried to setup Gentoo on such machine?! Because Debian didn't recognized the RAID... Now on this server works FreeBSD 5.4, but it doesn't suit us, so I decided to install gentoo on it. I REALY don't want to install Fedora or Suse (witch reports compability with this server's hardware). I need to configure this server for maximum performance for MySQL server (and probably lighttpd with FastCGI PHP).
