In kde 3.5 and xfce 4 when I try to close a session, or log out my screen freezes black with my mouse still visible.
So my guess is its x11 or my video drivers doing this. When it freezes crtl alt backspace doesn't work.
I don't have kdm or any desktop manager start by default.
Since i don't think i have given enough info for somebody to trouble shoot, could someone let me know which log file I should look in for this problem. I can't seem to find a log file just for kde. |
