Hi all!
I'm experiencing a weird problem with aMule and pysoulseek since my last world update a month ago.
Since then, I have real problems to be able to read some parts of soulseek search window, and it's impossible to read an aMule selected file, as background and foreground are white. This happens with all gtk themes I tried.
Anyone having the same issue? _________________ I don't fear the people. I fear the demon inside them. |

Hammet, I'm having the same problem with aMule since a couple weeks ago. Have you solved it? I'm going to see what are the common dependencies for aMule - pysoulseek - abiword, maybe it's something gtk related. I will also try if it something to do with the spanish locales.
EDIT: ok, I found it. I installed this system a few weeks ago and forgot to set the spanish locales (es_ES). Somehow, amule (or, rather, gtk or wxGTK) founding a string with accents or other simbols (ñ) caused it to not show the string. I solved by setting a correct locale in /etc/env.d/02locale, running env-update, and login again. _________________ Signature wanted... Reward 10.000 € |
