Salut,
je viens d'emerger le dernier gentoo-source stable sur x86 :

et là pendant l'intallation j'ai :

l'emerge ne s'arrête pas... je sais pas si cet avertissement est inquiétant pour la suite des opérations.
EDIT 1 : voici la fin de l'emerge :

j'ai vu ca aussi, le plus fort c'est que ce "version.h" est bien present, peut etre qu'il a essayé de l'ouvrir trop tot...
M'enfin ca a pas l'air bien grave. |

Je pense que si c'était vraiment grave, l'installation se serait arrêtée carrément.
Maintenant si tu veux savoir à quoi correspond ce message par curiosité, personnellement je peux pas te dire, je sais pas.
A mon avis, continue tranquillement, et fais-nous simplement signe si t'as un problème pendant la compilation du kernel.

je viens de finir la config du noyau

genkernel --menuconfig --bootloader=grub all
|
au passage : j'ai désactivé toutes les cartes graphiques sauf la mienne (c'est mieux en même temps) mais je ne me souviens pas lors de ma dernière mise à jour que tous ces modules étaient activés par défaut.
l'installation est en cours.
