Hey guys, could someone with an embedded SIS video card on their mobo post their xorg.conf?

This is what it looks like in lspci:

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] 65x/M650/740 PCI/AGP VGA Display Adapter

Thanks!

try something stupid:
X -configure or xorgcfg

and then append the files manually

Ah, well thanks for your suggestion, but the thing mostly works without an xorg.conf at all.

The problem is that in gnome it exhibits some really weird "tearing" behavior....when the cpu's around 100% and I hit keys on the keyboard, I get weird black moving blocks on the screen. It moves right up the left side of the screen, and it definitely looks like a video driver issue (as opposed to a window manager issue), but it only happens in gnome (not fluxbox or wmaker or twm).

I thought maybe if someone already had a xorg tweaked for this card I could give it a whirl, but...

Anyways, thanks for the thought. I'm upgrading to gnome 2.6.12 and installing kde...I'll do some more testing, and I'll probably be back if I don't have any luck.
