I've had good luck with eBay. When i had looked at getting things from vendors, the ones I found seemed to have severely high prices for older, dated equipment. |

ebay has been pretty good to me for getting cheap hardware..
I picked up a pair of sparcstation20s for $50 including shipping... sort of old, but they work. Plus the odd external cdrom and keyboards/mouses.
I see ultras on there for reasonable prices all the time, in different configurations.
Either way, its a crap shoot buying off there... could get something good pretty cheap, or you get ripped off.
