Problem with openntpd after ucblic-0.9.28 upgrade

After I upgraded uclibc 0.9.27-r1 to 0.9.28 i'm getting the following problem with openntpd :

fatal: stat: No such file or directory
dispatch_imsg in main: pipe closed

I recompiled everything (since it's an embedded system, i don't have many packages) and even after that, I still get the same error.

Any idea ?

I ran the application with strace and i saw that the home folder of the user ntp was not created.
