hallo,
ich bin nach der beschreibung vorgegangen.
bei starten von clam av bekomme ich immer diese meldung: | Code: | /etc/init.d/clamd start
* Starting clamd ... [ ok ]
* Starting freshclam ...
ERROR: Can't open /var/log/freshclam.log in append mode (check permissions!).
ERROR: Problem with internal logger.
* Failed to start freshclam |
wenn ich nun in der /etc/freshclam.conf den eintrag
UpdateLogFile /var/log/freshclam.log
auskommentier, starte es ohne fehler meldung.
wenn ich die einträge, für die scannfunktion, in die smb.conf aufneheme und samba dann neustarte, ist der server in der netzwerkumgebung nicht mehr zu finden.
weis jemand wo drann es liegen kann?

check mal die rechte der logfile ... richte owner/group am besten so ein wie freshclam / clamav läuft

ääh wie mache ich das ?
befinde mich noch im linux anfangsstadium, daher kenne ich mich noch nicht so gut aus, und nutze auch immer noch die howtos um etwas in linux zu machen.
sorry - für meine unwissenheit.

ich schätz mal mit | Code: | | chown clamav:clamav /var/log/freshclam.log |
und evtl. vorher ein | Code: | | touch /var/log/freshclam.log |
müsste reichen
