sgi 320 and bootloader and kernel

Hi all!

I'm a fresh owner of a Sgi 320 with the nice monitor 1600sw.

Fine machine but one thing! I can't boot Linux!!! I used every possible bootloader for the Sgi 320 (arclx, arclx2, larc) without sucess.

Only larc works with two old kernels which I found on the net (one from Sgi, the other from Slackware 8.0). But these kernels are no solution for me (to old; ver. 2.2.x).

What can I do? I used every possible kernelconfiguration. And yes, I configured the kernel directly for the Sgi 320/540. Does somebody have a magic solution for my bootloader/kernelproblem?
