I want to transfer my contacts from lotusnotes ( from file names.nsf) to my thunderbird on gentoo?
is that possible?

Yes. You could write a small loutscript agent to extport your addresses into a LDIF format and then import that LDIF file into Thunderbird.

Do you know Lotuscript? If not, then I don't need to be more specific.


btw: What format's does Thunderbird accept as imput format for addresses?

Sorry, indeed I don't kow Lotusscript

Thunderbird can directly import adresses from Eudora,Outlook and Outlook Express
It als can import adresses from a text file ( LDIF,.tab,.csv.txt)
