How can I add a new variable to pkg_config
I need to add the var mono with path /usr/local/include/mono to pkg_config
I searched google for a how to on pkg_config but didn't found one
if anyone knows a good how to would be happy to know

take a look at /usr/lib/pkgconfig
try to copy the right *.pc file (mono.pc ?) from /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig to /usr/lib/pkgconfig
