dev/dsp permissions

audio wont play as a user, unless i chmod 777 /dev/dsp*

audio: sb emu10k1 compiled with kernel (sb live! value)

the permissions have to be reset after every reboot

i dont think i should even have to set permissions on it in the first place... but if i must, whats a good place to set the perms on startup?
