schau mal im Kernel unter:
Processor type and features --->
Preemption Model
und [*] Preempt The Big Kernel Lock
sonst fällt mir grad nix ein.

| soweit ich weiß gibts da einige optionen in den gepatchten kernel sourcen (ck,mm,love,nitro, usw) für proc scheduler, damit kann man mit sicherheit einiges rausholen auch wenn man damit wahrscheinlich eine gewisse instabilität bekommt |

Du kannst den GCC anweisen, den Kernel auf eine tiefere Hardwareebene zu optimieren. Das ist quasi wie das Tieferlegen eines Autos: man kommt schneller durch kurvige Strecken. Allerdings braucht es dazu - ähnlich wie bei den Speedfreq-Parametern - noch ein userspace-tool. Such einfach mal nach "Lowlevel" (also "Tiefe Ebene", also "tiefergelegt") Formatierern.
