Installed apache 2.2 -now "not authorized to view this site"

After upgrade to apache 2.2 i cannot access the default webpage. Is there a quick "look to this place" in the httpd.conf file. I know is something simple, but am at a loss. Thanks

What are the directory premissions on your /var/www/localhost/ directory?
