Wierd problem with Xgl (and or Xorg)

Hi all,
I install Xgl on my computer (followed How-to) and all was OK with my Geforce2 440 MX.
Today I put new Card Nvidia 7300GS and something very ugly happened.

I have created the startxgl file to start Xgl + Gnome
+ -fulscreen added to Xgl


Every odd time I start startxgl 1 -> I am getting black screen (in terms of no signal from the board to the monitor) of Xgl itself (I tried just to start Xgl and getting the same).
2nd time every thing is OK, Also the 4th.
5th time problem gettin gworse the Xgl just can't be neither restart (alt+backspace) not alt+ctrl+1 works.

Anyone getting simular problem?

I check the Xorg.93.log no errors but the usual That I was getting before
Also same happened if I am trying to execute just Xorg (not xinit)
