cups print's only empty pages

hi folks

cups prints only empty pages

- i have all the modules installed
- my printers are supported bei gimp-print
epson stylus color 660 local on /dev/lp0
hp laserjet 4l over lpr
- there is no ink problem
- i have setup the same configuration that i have on my mandrake before
- cat "something" > /dev/lp0 works fine
- the lpr-printer works fine from other clients
- i also reemerge ghostscript

do you have any idea on this
