hi
der vlc will bei mir keine dvds mit ton abspielen. die vlc version ist die aktuelle im portage.
use flags sind: oss ncurses wxwindows dts matroska alsa arts vcd dvd xv aac opengl
krieg die fehlermeldung:
main audio output error: couldn´t find a filter for conversion
main audio output error: couldn´t set an input pipeline
hat jemand ne idee wie ich den ton hinkrieg ?
[edit]bei mp3s funzt der ton. genauso wie bei allem sonnstigem[/edit]

ein paar mehr USE-flags... 
Zb. erwähnst Du nirgends den wohl eher wichtigen USE-flag "mp3"
Ist Deine /etc/make.conf korrekt?
Du kannst einzelne USE-flags gezielt angeben, mit:

der mp3 useflag hängt in meinen globalen flags. ist also auch mit drinn,hatte sie nur oben vergessen reinzuschreiben. und mp3s gehn ja glücklicherweise. wie gesagt... er spielt alles korrekt, nur halt dvds ohne ton 
damits vollständig ist und ich nichts vergesse:
make.conf:

Probiers doch mal mit den useflags
Die haben beide was mit dem Audio zu tun.

Kleiner Tipp noch: Nimm diese useflags gleich in die make.conf auf.
Und bitte füge dem Titel ein [gelöst] hinzu.

stimmt .. in der make.conf ist er wirklich besser aufgehoben. hab ihn zum test bisher nur in der package.use drin.
der thread hab ich statt gelöst auf solved gesetzt. passt denk ich aber auch  |
