Which package has tcptrace (NOT tcptraceroute)?

Does anyone know what I can emerge to get the tcptrace utility (no, not tcptraceroute, but tcptrace)?

Apparently it isn't on the servers and the ebuild is outdated.
The maintainer changed the folders.

Change the ebuild for tcptrace to:

SRC_URI="http://www.tcptrace.org/download/old/6.4/${P}.tar.gz"

Just downloaded it myself.

I'll file a bug report.
