Hello, while updating system i see that openldap want to install, evn though it is not installed?
Investigation shows that updating certmanager requires it:

As far as i know i don't need it why install it?
Is really needed as a dependancy now?

Certmanager needs dirmnger and dirmngr depends on OpenLDAP.

Ok, just wondering why it did install it first time around but only on update?
Though could be new dependancy!

It was always missing. And in fact you can argue about it. See bug 133377.
