|
|
Hello everybody
I'm using
- xorg-x11-7.0-r1
- ati-drivers-8.22.5
- no-sources-2.6.15-r4
When I try to run startx as a normal user, I get a kernel panic and my system freezes:
Code: | <0> Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt |
If I run startx as root, everything works fine, with direct rendering etc. Also, when I start gdm (/etc/init.d/xdm start) as root, I get the same kernel panic.
I have also tried 2.6.15-no3, which worked fine for me before (I re-installed my system). Any ideas?
