I've sucessfully installed taspring on Gentoo ~x86 but can't get it to run correctly.
I get the following output after selecting commanders, mars.smf in the menu
fred@athlonxp ~ $ /usr/games/bin/spring -w
This is a wrapper script. If you need to debug something, please debug /usr/share/games/taspring-linux-svn/spring instead!

I've tried adding the file XTAPEV3.sd7 to the /usr/share/games/taspring-linux-svn/mods directory as there was some mention of it being needed but that just causes a seg fault.
Anyone got any ideas? |

same here .. file Armor.txt doesn't exist ..
as far as i have understand Armor.txt is a configuration file about damages inflicted ... |
