WSAENETUNREACH Error with winex

I looked up the error, its a Winsock "Network is Unreachable" error..

The thing is this only pops up randomly, and I am not sure why.

Two things I can think of that would be the cause:

Bad intermittent connection (bad wires?)

or;

A bad routing problem?

My route looks like:

The server that I'm playing the winex game on is on the 192.168.12.0/24 network, and the router is correct.

Any other ideas?
