Hi Everybody,
i have to nfs servers with SHOULD be exacly the same(because i cloned them) except of the kernel
one is a u5 the other is a u60
ok, the u5 nfs server does well, all diskless clients start
on the u60 server i get "NFS lookup failed for server xxxxx RPC: authentication error" on ONE client.
/var/log/messages shows just the normal mount requests...
HOW CAN I INVESTIGATE THIS PROBLEM?
can i set a debug switch to the nfsserver? or how to do some diag on the rpc side?
You see, i dont know where to look at. i dont need the hole solution, but a hint would be very nice!
plz help me out!
both server, the working one and the one with topics are 2006.0 gentoo systems.
with best regards,
David |
