Beh, abbiamo credo appurato che il problema non e' nel "sound" bensi' nella configurazione di gnome.
Hai la cartella nella home dell'utente .gnome/sound/?
C'e' il file system?
E' leggibile dall'utente?
Cosa c'e' scritto dentro?
