adsl IP refresh kills ssh session

hi,
I connect to a server and work on that server suing ssh - all is fine. However my isp gives me a dynamic ip address that is changed at some (random) point during the day. This cuts me off from the server and means that i have to re log in to the server which is a pain... is there anyway to keep the session alive despite the change of ip?

not in a way that you wont be disconnected.

but by using screen you could after the relogin continue your last session.

Problem is that when your IP changes, your ISP disconnects you then your system re-connects.
I second the sujestion of using screen.
