I did a 'emerge --pretend WindowMaker' and it listed the following:-
# emerge --pretend WindowMaker
These are the packages that I would merge, in order.
Calculating dependencies \!!! depgraph.create() error: string format: {'/': 'virtual/x11 >=media-libs/xpm-3.4k >=media-libs/tiff-3.5.5 x11-wm/gnustep-env png? ( >=media-libs/libpng-1.2.1 ) jpeg? ( >=media-libs/jpeg-6b-r2 ) gif? ( >=media-libs/giflib-4.1.0-r3 ) >=media-libs/libungif-4.1.0 ) nls? ( >=sys-devel/gettext-0.10.39 )'} ...done!
[ebuild N ] x11-wm/WindowMaker-0.80.0-r3 to /
This appears to be broken, so I didn't go ahead with the install. Anyone else have something similar?
Hope to install when it is fixed, sould just be the status as per my latest emerge sync a couple of days ago.
By the way, everyone has commented on performance, but when compiling, I have no idle time (0.0), and yet it still responds beautifully when I run other commands, virtually no lag which is what is normal when running a heavily loaded system. So congrats to the Gentoo team, great work. |
