Is there a method to change the encryption ? One of my users' MAC cannot seem to auth with the system.

if i understand http://www.fehcom.de/qmail/smtpauth.html correctly this is a client issue,
since your server offers LOGIN, PLAIN and then CRAM-MD5 authentication. then it's all up to the client to choose an
authentication method.
please let me know if i'm wrong.
