Hi, ALL,
In KDE there is a program called KFontViewer. But it asks for the place where the font stored.
Can somebody point me to this place?

Thank you.

try 'whereis fonts' or 'locate fonts'. They are supposed to be at:
Code:
/usr/share/fonts

edit: nightmorph beat me to it :(

Thank you for the reply, guys.
I think this is not the right program. Sorry. ;-)
What I am looking for is some kind of the font dialog, to see all available fonts in the system, and see what is the result produced from each and every one.
If in Windows you open WordPad, an then select "Format->Font...", you will get a font selection dialog box.
I thought that this opion will give me something like this.

Thank you.

'xfontsel' is one program that comes with the X server. There's also 3rd party apps like FONTpage.

FONTpage is pretty cool. If I don't want to install fonts to view them, I use konqueror. It can preview almost any font.
