Hi,
I am trying to do a comprehencive benchmark on an Gentoo openMosix cluster and I was wondering what tools are recomended for it.
I intend to benchmark memory and cache (swap) usage, CPU usage and Disk IO.
thanks for your inputs and recommendations. |

I have taken a look at it before. however the problem there is that it dosnt provide a proper comparison as far as benchmarking goes. the test would only run if the openmosix cluster is running and not as a stand alone. plus it cant be run simultaneously on more than one node to actually mimic real world scenarios.
side note:
i am looking at using povray as a benchmarking tool. any comments about this would be very welcome. |
