xhkeys Problem

Hallo

Ich habe hier einen Laptop (Amilo Pro 2030) bei dem ich mit xhkeys die Lautstärkereglung über die dafür vorgesehenen Sondertasten realisieren wollte. xhkeys selbst funktioniert auch. Kmail lässt sich starten. Aber wenn ich die Laustärke ändern will bekomme ich folgende Meldung auf der Konsole:
