Hello,

Running Gentoo with EXIM as my MTA, using fetchmail and mutt to read messages. I'm on a dynamic IP and would like to route outgoing email to be SMTP server and append my ISP's domainname to the from field. How do I go about doing this?

Thanks!

my_hdr From: rgoodkin <rgoodkin@myisp.com>

As for relaying mail via your ISP, try taking a look at one of the following:

There is probably also something with instructions available at the Gentoo-Wiki
