Input/output error tarkottaa sitä että levyltä ei pystytty lukemaan kyseistä tiedostoa. Yleensä tämä on rikkoontuneen levyn merkki. Suosittelisin tarkastamaan levyn SMART tiedot smartmontoolsilla:

Noitten perusteella voi päätellä jo sen että levyllä on otettu bad sektoreiden tilalle varasektoreita. Jo nuo yksistään voi mielestäni selittää kuvailemasi ongelmat. Toisinsanoen levy on särki. Voit vielä ajaa pitkän self-testin levylle komennolla:
smartctl -t long /dev/hdX
Sitten kun levy on ajanut testin loppuun niin voit tarkistaa (tai postata tänne) miten attribuutit ovat muuttuneet. Myös täällä kohdin:

tulee näkyviin se mihinkä kohtaan levyä ensimmäinen viallinen sektori osuu, jos siellä vielä niitä on. Eli itsetesti pysähtyy ensimmäisen virheen kohdalle.
Ilmeisesti tämä levy on jo aika vanha (käyttötunteja jo yli kahden vuoden verran), jos takuuta on vielä voimassa niin suosittelen takuuvaihtoa. Jos takuuta ei ole, suosittelen siirtämään tärkeän datan parempaan turvaan. En luottaisi tuohon levyyn enää kovin paljoa. _________________ Temperatures |
