Hi everybody!
I just installed Gentoo on a HP Compaq nc6230 and I'm almost done with configuring the system to exactly the way I want it
There's just one thing that I can't figure out how to do:
How do I make the computer suspend to disk when I close the laptop lid?
FYI:
I have correclty setup Software Suspend Version 2 and if works great when I call it from the terminal
I'm using the Vanilla Sources
ACPI is installed, but it only has the default script in it (Does portage have any scripts that I can simply emerge?)

Just write your own ACPI script (or mod default.sh), its quite easy. The lid switch event is button/lid.* _________________ Desktop: AMD Athlon64 3800+ Venice Core, 2GB PC3200, 2x160GB 7200rpm Maxtor DiamondMax 10, 2x320GB WD 7200rpm Caviar RE, Nvidia 6600GT 256MB
