I turn off the suport for SMP in my kernel and i compiled it and after reboot my X (KDE) didi not start and i got a tons of error massage during the boot. So i did emerge -e system and everything went fine until gcc started to compile. After 20 min of compiling it brakes with this massage

Could you please take a look at your config.log, as suggested in the emerge error, to see if there is any useful information that you could post? |
