Icons on second monitor - nvidia twinview

I'v almost got my linux setup as i want to

BUT!! My icons only wants to be on the primary monitor, how do i make them go to the secound monitor? Everything else on my computer is on the secound monitor, just like i want i too.

that really depends on what icon manager you are using.
what window manger are you using?
