Is this a bug? It used to print out just duplicate packages, without the versions and appended .ebuild...

I can't say for sure, but I am %90 positive that this is not a bug. This is actually a nice little new feature. Now we know which versions we have too!

This isn't the only chage they've made in the latest version of gentoolkit. qpkg -l functions differently too. (If the new way annoys you, just add a -vv to it.)
