| Voila j'aimerais savoir si une option d'emerge permet de télécharger tous les paquets avant de les installer ? Et non de télécharger puis d'installer, télécharger puis installer, etc .. |

Merci ! J'avais repéré cette option dans la documentation en anglais pour emerge mais je n'étais pas certains d'être tombé sur la bonne.  |

Tu peux meme prendre un peu d'avance... Je réalise souvent ces manipulations lorsque je mets a jour ma distrib.
En gros:
plutôt que de réaliser
Tu ouvres 2 terminaux
dans le 1er
Lorsqu'un ou deux paquets sont déjà telechargés.
Dans la 2ème console, tu tappes:
La 1ère console continue a télécharger les sources. Durant ce temps, l'autre compile et installe les paquets.
Dommage que cette fonctionnalité ne soit pas propre à portage |

Hier, j'ai trouvé un merveilleux avantage à "--fetchonly" : si le fichier présent dans distfiles est corrompu, il est tout bonnement retéléchargé, alors que l'emerge "classique" s'arrête. Bref, idéal pour des longs updates

Et dans portage 2.1, il y a maintenant un nouveau feature : parallel-fetch pour télécharger en même temps que ça compile
