When I copy data from /dev/hdd to my harddisk, the cpu has no ideal time left, there is a snapshot of top

So, when I copying files, I can feel the mouse moving is no more smooth.
And the vmstat output is adnormal too:

Does it mean my sata harddisk is UDMA133, but FreeBSD(installed in the same pc) has recognized it is 150, in fact, it should be 150.
And in FreeBSD (installed in the same machine), when I do the same job (copying mass data from cdrom to harddisk), the cpu usage is very low(less than 10%).
My questions are:
1. How can I using 150 mode for my sata harddisk
2. How to change the cdrom mode PIO (maybe it causes the high 'wa' value showd in vmstat)
Who knows the mater, please help me!

If so, look at this post
You need all the same settings in your kernel except the final, Intel PIIXn chipsets support, when you choose | Code: | | AMD and nVidia IDE support |

Yes, I have enabled "AMD and nVidia IDE support" in kernel now, /dev/hdc is using dma mode now, but /dev/hdd is still running on PIO mode:
