Right, just bootstrapping @ the moment and deciding which kernel to use. Would be interested to hear from people with Tyan K8WE motherboards as to which they use ? I have always tended to stick with gentoo-sources but open for a change, as long as they are robust and stable(ish).

I have a tyan tiger k8w and dual opteron 242's. I find using the gentoo-sources kernel works just fine for everything. |
