eclipse not following my formatting settings

under window->preferences->java->code style->formatter

eclipse isnt following orders. Im trying to get it to put braces under method declarations and wrap lines at the print border...

Ive defined my own profile, gone to edit, and made the changes -- looks good in the samples. I hit apply then ctrl+f and nothing..
