|
|
Hello,
I'm using Autofs to automatically mount and umount my partitions : cdrom and nfs. In my config files, i set --timeout 5 option. The fonctionality works great !
But when a gnome session is launched, my drives are not automatically unmounted. I made searches on the web, and I read that fam may be responsible. Fam dameon ins't launched on my station (/etc/init.d/famd status return stopped)
I also try to modify gnome-vfs-daemon configuration, but I didn't find any setting for my problem
In my gnome session, in Desktop\Preferences\Sessions, I only have this programs :
- gnome session properties
- metacity
- gnome panel
- nautilus
I don't have anything in 'Startup programs' field
Do you know how to disable the Gnome process that blocks my partitions to automatically unmount ?
Thanks in advance for your help
