I get an exception error with kpp.exe when I try to run kazaalite inside VMWare Workstation 3.2 - I was quite surprised.

I *can* run Kazaalite 1.72, so I am running that.

I got kazaalite off a link from www.zeropaid.com, I actually had trouble finding a version of kazaalite that did not come from a suspicious website.

I thought for sure VMware could run almost anything, maybe I have something misconfigured with Kazaalite? My host OS is Gentoo 1.4 and client OS is Win2000 Pro (and I tried Win98 as a client too, same error!).

thanks

I can only confirm this.
I have the same error using K-lite 2.1.0 on VMware 4 Beta with W98 and WXP as guests.

It's the K++ versions that don't work.
Kazaa lite 2.0.2 without K++ integration runs problem free.

I don't have a clue about the why-question.

Found the first K++ bases Kazaa release that actually does not crash using Vmware :)
