I have some MPEG1 files that Id like to burn to a DVD with menus.
Tried using ffmpeg to convert them into MPEG2, but I wonder if the audio codec (konqureror says MP1) will work on the DVD?
What audio codecs are required for a DVD? _________________ /occe

Hi,
When I convert videos to DVD-format, I use AVIDEMUX2. You might want to check it out; it's a pretty good app. If you're using KDE, there is also KONVERTER but I think AVIDEMUX handles DVD-format better. And, in the latest version of AVIDEMUX you can just hit an auto-dvd button and it sets up all the video and audio options for you. Great for a noobish-lamer like myself. |
