FYI: I don't reccomend using the automated installer. Use a command line! If you follow the handbook letter for leter, your install will be up... the installer is still quite buggy. |

I downloaded Live. is that a problem? _________________ The box said Windows XP or better, so I installed Linux. |

no you can use the livecd. some, including myself have had issues with the gui installer. if you have issues with it yourself...boot the livecd with the gentoo nox option. that will boot to the CLI. _________________ Registered Linux User #332738
